We’re recruiting for an inventory clerk to serve our existing clients and help us grow our client base, focusing mainly on the Manchester postcodes. This exciting opportunity would suit a person who likes to be out and about and has a keen eye for detail, along with good administrative and communication skills.
Using a tablet or mobile and market-leading software, you will conduct inspections for private landlords and lettings agents. Duties will include:
-Travelling between properties
-Collecting and returning keys
-Recording the property condition
-Describing all items in the property
Keeper, Inventory Administrator, Property Manager, Lettings Assistant, Lettings Administrator, Lettings Negotiator or Inventory Assistant.
Salary £22K per annum + travel expenses and company phone allowance.
Requirements
Passion for property
Full UK driving licence and own mode of transport
Lives in the Manchester, Warrington or Chester area
Highly self-motivated
Well organised
Good timekeeping
Good communication and interpersonal skills
IT-literate with good spoken and written English
Excellent attention to detail
While previous experience is not required as full training is provided, the role is likely to appeal to anyone who has worked as an Inventory Clerk, Inventory Manager, Key
You are ideal for the role if you have worked as any of the below but it is not essential if you have not:
Keeper, Inventory Administrator, Property Manager, Lettings Assistant, Lettings Administrator, Lettings Negotiator or Inventory Assistant.
