What is a check-out?

The check-out process marks the concluding phase of the tenancy, where a comprehensive report is generated to assess the property's condition and its contents in comparison to the initial inventory recorded during the check-in. This crucial stage involves documenting any missing items, property damage, lost keys, and meter readings, supported by visual evidence through photographs. It is vital to emphasize that the availability of substantial evidence is imperative to ensure a successful deposit clawback claim, as a lack thereof may result in an unsuccessful claim.
